Elizabeth and I visited Bandelier National Monument just outside of Santa Fe two times over the weekend I visited her. The park was way more beautiful and exciting than I expected. This is where I first started looking for "extreme danger." With someone else to operate the camera, I found myself inspired to take certain life risks.

Besides jumping or climbing onto every rock and ledge I could, Elizabeth and I found ourselves overwhelmed by the incredible beauty and majesty of the canyon we hiked down on our way to the Rio Grande. I have always wanted to see and touch this river, so it was a big thrill to do so. While at the river, at the bottom of the canyon, we discovered yelling out could produce quite an echo. I wonder if "2Pac" was ever echoed across that canyon before?
